Dear Sir,
I feel it quite an obligation to submit you this letter which I suppose will be on pretty responsible hands.
My neighborhood has recently been flung into a vexatious situation by a resident factory that presents no sign of stopping pouring wastewater into its peripheral quarter. More residents than one have fallen to be the victims of the factory’s doings which shall be considered immoral. The evil consequences are actually far from being few, with a stinky smell being produced and the lives of a considerable number of aquatic species being put to an end.
Shall no corresponding measures be adopted, my neighborhood, I hold it certain, will by no means enjoy a sound and peaceful environment. All the rest members of the neighborhood join me in looking forward to your writing back.
